added some features

- Added `cron` command to run lists with `cron` time specifed
- Changed `-c` flag to `-f` flag for passing config file
- Modified some config keys
  - cmdArgs -> Args
  - Got rid of `hosts.config`
- better SSH handling
  - respects values in config file
