You may be asking yourself why I am talking about this. Why lust? Because if I have struggled with it for the past 15 or so years, I know other people are.
|
|
|
|
I am going to first start with how I overcame it, then go into resources.
|
|
|
|
I struggled with impure thoughts my whole life. I never thought anything about wasting my seed - and that is the fundamental thing I was missing. By wasting my seed to porn or impure thoughts, which were a problem even when I was viewing no porn, I was wasting my life force. But there is a key component I was missing: my seed is a life force and energy. I was taught wrongly and wasn't aware of the benefits of semen retention.
